Herp of the Day: Pituophis deppei jani
This big guy is my friend Amanda's seven foot long Mexican Pinesnake. He's a beauty, and very calm, making him a great animal for education programs.

My favorite herp in the series but then again I'm partial to all pine snakes. Thanks for sharing these great photos.
